There are no such things as "water girls" in NCAA or pro - they are all trainers.
But, sure, for some reason trashing women at every turn on the OT seems cool, so keep trying to be cool.

If the roles were reversed and a male trainer pushed a female player like that and she swatted at him like that. I think most of y’all that are saying the player should be punished would be saying the male trainer (water boy) was wrong and should be fired.

Please show me, exactly, where I said something should happen to the player.

An Athletic Trainer isn’t a “water girl”. You don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. There was a trainer securing his head, one at his other side when ran up to the injured player. You don’t know until you get there how serious it is and whether you will need to help potential board/transport a player and/assist in life saving measures (like CPR). She was in the correct position to help in case he needed to be secured and moved to a board.
And yes, part of that job is ensuring players give appropriate space to the injured player. She was well within her right to move him.
Now do I think he needs to be removed from the team? No. But I promise you any coach I worked when I was a trainer would’ve crawled all the way up his arse over it. And would’ve taken care of it in house.

He should not have done that.
But on her end, she couldn't just say: Hey, I need to get in there.
Was it necessary for her to put hands on him? It's not like it was a semicircle of 7 guys she was fighting through. It was one guy.

Player is in the wrong. As we were taught when I was in college. Never mess with or touch the trainers. If you do, your arse is gross. Additionally, when they come on the field, back up out of the way so they can do your job. There ain't shite you can do just standing over top of them looking in concern.
