I dont remember all the specifics, but there were multiple rumors flying around about Mike Norvell either gambling or having really nasty personal/potential sexual allegations that kept bigger programs from interviewing him while at Memphis

not well known but one I experienced.
While with the Rangers had some older minor leaguers tell me this one:
Pitcher named Jose Reyes showed up to instructional league one fall at 19 years old. (small group of 30-40 younger players in a developmental setting)
Same guy shows up for spring training... he now says he is like 16 or 17 and his name is..... Edison Volquez

The defense carried the team that year and Mathieu won us a few games by himself. He was took over the games against Oregon and Georgia in the SEC Championship game. But our offense was just good enough to win games. So not even the best LSU team ever.

Couple UT ones I've heard recently.
Herman (while HC) and his wife were on a booster's private jet with said booster and some friends. Herman and wife, both absolutely tanked, get into a blowout flight, and Herman's wife tried to open the door of the plane over the gulf. He was not around much longer.
Sark is both gay and a cuck. He let's players frick his wife. I've heard the gay thing from like 5 different people coming from every which angle you could imagine, none of which related. Only heard the cuck thing from one person who may have just been mad after a loss

It was the best defense and special teams in school history.
The offense ran the shite out of the ball and had 4 NFL WR and 3 NFL RB. The offense wasn't bad, outside of about 10 quarters of the season (Bama x2, UGA first half).
