Wrigley Field is looking like a good option.
Eh, wait a few years for all the renovations to be completed. It's an old ballpark and it shows.
This is assuming asthetics matters...watching a game there is second to none if you're focused on baseball and don't need to be distracted by interactive activities like a mt. dew rock climbing wall, or need to clock your fastball in a pitching simulation.

Fenway is the best ive been to. (ive been to over half). It's a college football atmosphere that ive never seen anywhere else for a baseball game. Also lot's of stuff to do within walking distance of the stadium too.
2nd place is Camden yard in Baltimore. Very nice and neat stadium.
I thought Wrigley was a little overrated, but it's still a must see for any baseball fan.

Enjoying the love for Camden Yards, which is now over 20 years old yet still is considered "new". It's a beauty.
For an underrated park, I suggest Kaufman in KC. Great place to see a game.

Wrigley is my favorite.
But another I really like is safeco in Seattle. Love the train rolling through in middle of the game.

5 Stars: Camden and AT&T are both fantastic. Relatively new parks that have an old feel and are in fun sections of town. IMO they both do everything right and choosing which of them is "best" is splitting hairs. You should experience them both.
4 Stars: The Wrigley experience is pretty cool. The park itself is only okay (some seats have obstructed views, stuff isn't up to date), but it is a fun atmosphere before, during, and after games. It is one of those places that all MLB fans should check out at least once.
3.5 Stars: Coors is decent. Pretty nice park in a somewhat fun part of town. I liked it, but it didn't "wow" me. In my opinion it feels too big...the place seats over 50,000 and the playing field is larger than normal to compensate for the thin air. It has great views of the mountains.
2.5 Stars: Dodgers and Turner are both okay, but I'd put them at the end of my personal list. I like the structure itself at Turner, but the neighborhood sucks. Dodgers Stadium was built in the 60's and it shows. You have to drive there. But the atmosphere is pretty cool.
I haven't been to PNC but I've heard fantastic things...that and Fenway are at the top of my "to visit" list.
If you are a big fan and you fly to LA or San Diego you could hit three parks pretty easily. I kind of regret not going to Petco while I was there.

Depends on what you're looking for:
Historical/Significant: Wrigley, Fenway, KC, Camden. Camden really set the gold standard for all the new parks built since.
Amenities: You can't go wrong with Milwaukee, Nationals park, Busch, Citi field, Angels stadium
Views/beauty: Coors, ATT Park, PNC,
Different/unique: Toronto, San Diego
My personal list would be:
PNC-----best designed ballpark in MLB IMO.
San Diego---great looking park with unique features and in a beautiful city.
KC-------KC is an underrated baseball town. Negro leagues museum is there and the stadium really is a beauty. Plus great KC BBQ.
I've been to Coors, Minute Maid, Toronto, and Turner.

The twins new park is pretty sweet. I've been 3x now and I haven't had a bad viewing spot yet.
