Everybody laugh at the Texans: any chance at a run is officially over

1-4 and just traded a second rounder for Marvin Harrison Jr because their mid quarter back wanted them to.
Regarding mid quarter back, they are going to give him a billion dollars this offseason and mortgage the franchise on him.
But hey, at least they have an awful in game coach with DeMeco.
This team has no chance for the next decade plus

Remember when that fig won the Biletnikoff over Nabors?

The cap is fake, but they will be in cap hell if/when they sign CJ Stroud

Someone on here said MHJ was going to have a Larry Fitzgerald type career. Ol Mitsubishi Marv is looking more like Laquon Treadwell than Larry Fitzgerald.
Edit: It was Mingo

He’s a nice player, crisp routes, good hands, but he doesn’t have that break away playmaking ability that the absolute best in the league. I see him as a Larry Fitzgerald type. He’ll have a long career accumulate stats, but he’ll never be in the conversation for the best in the league

I don’t think this is necessarily wrong. He just got traded for a second rounder
I was certainly more right than the guys that were already having his gold jacket embroidered

Jim Nabors? No can’t say I do.

I guess it's because of the hype coming out of college and getting all the awards over Nabers but I don't think I've wanted an athlete to fail as badly as I do MHJ. Don't know anything about the guy but I actively root against him.

You comped him to fricking Larry Fitzgerald

I still think that’s a fair comparison on play style. Not a vertical deep threat, but runs a full route tree and loves the in breakers.
He’s clearly been way worse than Fitzgerald, but his (bad) play style is similar

Imagine comparing a drop artist to a man who had more tackles than dropped passes at wr

I’m talking route tree, as I’ve explained, but I forgot that most of the posters here played O-line in middle school 40 years ago

Stroud is 4th in passing yards and 0 picks. He’s having an elite year.

Black Kurt Cousins

38 year old Cousins is having a better year than Shough

Whatever percentage chance you think they have of not turning things around, they're basically a three team division since TN is so awful.

In all of your original post, of which you’re defending, in a thread you started bashing the wr you’re now defending, you said crisp routes. You said this right after “good hands”, which was my point. I should have remembered whenever I see a Mingo post just skip over like a SDV polo board message

He’s worse than everybody thought, but I was lower on the guy than the consensus. I don’t know what kind of gotcha you think this is?
