They call the other side “victims” and then literally cry about which letters in the article are capitalized.

And they are upset black people “getting all the breaks” when she replaced a white woman who got her job 100 percent through nepotism.

The irony is rich in this thread.

People liked her because of her looks not because she had some sort of talent.

She's an over-emotional bitch, just like you

100% all of this shite has been leaked by Taylor’s people to put pressure on espn to sign her to a big deal. They would be wise to let her walk, and fade away on some other site.

Paying any sideline reporter that much is a waste of money.

My thoughts exactly. She's not "bad" at what she does. But there are probably dozens, if not hundreds of people in the business who could do the job just as well...and demand far less in salary. I mean, she is a sideline reporter and sometimes host. She's not splitting the atom...or even doing play by play (which is a MUCH tougher skill)

She is about to be (if not already) grossly overpaid not because of her skill and scarcity of supply of people who can do her job. But because she is an attractive, articulate black woman, who is PRIVILEDGED enough to work in an environment where people are paid more SOLELY because of their race and gender....despite her and her ilk constantly claiming doing so is the root of all evil.

ESPN has offered the 34-year-old reporter and TV host a roughly $2 million raise over her current yearly salary of $1 million.

That is a very, very bright virtue signal.

Other Networks may over pay for Maria just to embarrass ESPN.

Hell, that's how most of them got their start. For some reason these networks thought fans would be more interested in seeing a pretty face occasionally reporting on the sidelines, rather than someone with actual knowledge. Over time the female reports have gotten better and more knowledgeable about the game they are covering; but they still are not the reason fans tune in. Half the time they are talking (at least in NFL), they don't even show the person speaking because the game/play is still going on.

Did she really say that? If so what a racist bitch. If all roles were reversed and a white reporter said that they'd never work again.

Did she?

I only remembered the really bad take of claiming something along the lines of Lawrence maybe not being better than Bryant.

Anyone have the quote where she claimed it was racially motivated?

I don't recall her using those exact words but there was some seriously chemistry between those two.

I think KB tapped it:
