Max Kellerman has talent. He's just a douche that doesn't connect with people outside of the northeast.

He's good at boxing - as the moderator of a sports talk show he is not. The show is cringeworthy every minute I've ever listened to it. The guy before Kellerman was at least a decent moderator but had little to work with in that regard so it still failed even then.

Keyshawn brings no insight or entertainment even when talking football and there seems to be zero chemistry between the 3 hosts, not sure any of them like the other.

Can they get rid of Perkins next?

Geez he is bad. Can't speak 3rd grade English, and his takes are often times Laughable.

I've said before - the two guys on the Pels broadcasts - Wesley and Daniels are significantly better in every facet and probably make less than half what Perk does - ESPN would be much better served hiring one of them.

And yet they double down by putting Perkins in the baseball equivalent of high leverage - propping him up as a lead basketball analyst and forcing all the shows on the network to have him on for analysis during the day.

Maybe ESPN can give Max Kellerman, Kendrick Perkins, and Boomani Jones a show together. They can whine about wypipo and racism for hours every day.

SMH. It's 2023 and white people are still not supporting black celebrities.

I don’t think ESPN particularly cares about radio anymore, the line up as a whole has been bad for over a decade now.

National sports talk radio, or really, national talk radio in general, is really struggling. Many of the people who would listen and call in to those shows and engage, are now doing the same thing via message boards and social media.

ESPN does have a lot of radio rights for live sports. So honestly I could see a couple of things happening, maybe both of them.

1) Dial ESPN Radio back to only a Sirius XM channel, with lower costs.

2) Get rid of the concept of ESPN Radio as a channel, and move to a Westward One model of distribution for the live sports events.

never understood how Keyshawn got this gig to begin with. he is super boring and never has anything interesting to say.

Cause he was mildly popular on a talk show he hosted on ESPN LA

He is, but they are not going to pay him what they are paying him for him to host boxing and even boxing talk.

That's because they aren't going for actual basketball analysis. They want their hosts to say outrageous shite that will trend on social media. It makes these studio shows unwatchable for anyone with an IQ above room temperature.

I haven’t since Mike and Mike ended. Podcasts are the main reason.

All they ever talk about is endless NBA and NFL. Which I have little interest in. So there's no reason to watch. Hopefully, Kellerman's other show gets axed too. Williams was good on college hoops coverage. So I'd be OK if he stuck around.

I saw this happening the minute they took Mike and Mike money and gave it to Key. The show was always a dead man walking.

Maybe they should give Jemele Hill some more money to continue making up for all that white guilt.

Just wait until they give Kendrick Perkins some huge deal and then wonder why nobody is watching. Something like that seems like it has ESPN retard-level thinking all over it.

Why was Keyshawn getting 4 mil a year? Who were they competing with for him. Your telling me he would not have done it for 1 mil?

Perkins is the worst. Ryan Clarke can go too, he's a maximum c-unit.

I couldn't listen to this morning show. It was awful.
