Those weights are moderate for a guy, not heavy at all for those lifts, dipshit. Maybe you think those are heavy, but not for anyone except for HS kids.

Knowing your stature, I can see why you side with the HS kids.

If he trained with heavier weights, he would put on more muscular weight and it would slow his run times.

This is what you said you fricking retard

So now it’s they never lift to it’s a “moderate weight.”

Well no shite, he’s a 165 lbs and his sport calls mostly for running.

AND he’s the weakest in the field. The average elite hyroxer is like a top 25% barbell lifter of all barbell lifters. Directly refuting what you said, imbecile

Should be DQ'd.

One thing to do this during an outdoor marathon/triathlon.

Quite another to do it where your competitors cannot avoid it.

Moderate =/= heavy.

You have proven that in the thread with the guy pulling moderate weight in his training.

Great, he's 165, and probably your hero, but if he started pulling heavier weights, his BW would climb and his running (which is half of the workout) would suffer.

When a win is actually is a huge loss.

I’m never doing anything that results in possibly shitting myself.

A 400lb deadlift is heavy and nearly every one of them can do that. This dude is tiny and could do close on a true 1 rep max

I just used the tiniest guy in the field to prove you wrong

Elite Hyrox athlete

Not sure if I’m the first to ask, but why would any one of us know or care what a Hyrox athlete is?

Whatever it is they do, it doesn’t sound like it’s really a sport.

At least smarter than you; which is a known fact based on your posting history.

Ah, thank you.

That helps me understand.

This seems like the type of incident that warrants safety equipment upgrades. They should hire a bunch of guys with firehoses to be on stand-by. Nasty asses like this one need to get blasted right off the playground…or whatever they call their jumping around surface.

Red light/Near IR Therapy works.

It's too bad you are not smart enough to understand it.
