She fine

Siding with this chick with feces smeared all over her and dripping onto equipment and germs and all blows my mind
To be so self absorbed with worrying about your PR time and not concerned you’re spreading shite around is a real state of where we are in the world
Agree with you, but definitely don't read the OT thread on this from last week!

think it’s something like you run from station to station and do like five pushups or make three free throws or help Qbert get all the tiles on the pyramid to change color.
It's eight 1,000M runs with one of eight movements after each run.
1000M row
1000M ski erg
100 Wallballs
A distance of burpee broad jumps
A distance of weighted walking lunges
A distance of weighted sled pushes
A distance of weighted sled pulls
A distance of double KB farmers walk
I don't recall the those other distances because I have no interest in a straight 60+ minute cardio piece.
It's an event where the workout never changes.
It's for those people who never want to lift a heavy free weight.

I get when you're really short pushing seems like lifting, but it's not.

Its not just running. The participants had to share various equipment during the race

You’re a fatass so I understand you don’t get it, but if you are not doing a serious amount of weight training, you will not budge that sled, much less push it 50m.
Hyrox is a running race ie you have to be a 5 minute miler to actually compete at a high level, but there is enough strength tested between the sled push and pull that they are doing more than a fair amount of barbell and other strength based activity.
One of the best guys in the world is like 220lbs of straight muscle

Does not equal lifting heavy shite.
Hunter lifts but he's been training forever, even getting a wild card invite to the CrossFit Games where he was cut on the first day.
Noah Ohlsen has competed in several worlds but gets his arse kicked by the endurance athletes.

This statement has zero to do whether the elite guys lift, and they all do. They aren’t “strong” by elite strength standards, but they are all way stronger than gen pop and absolutely do strength training.
You said something retarded, that’s alright, dust yourself off and move on. Don’t keep digging.

Oh.. Look. It's the contrarian dipshit again.
Hyrox is getting overtaken by endurance/running athletes who don't lift anything more than a moderate weight for their size.
The majority are not lifting anything heavy.

And they can’t compete at a high level… because they aren’t strong enough

I'd seen a couple stories over the years of marathon runners shitting themselves and continuing the race. But this is way different because a marathoner is running outdoors on a street where there's plenty of room for other competitors to avoid having to run through shite. Hyrox indoors in confined space. You run 1 kilometer, stop to complete some workout station, then repeat. Everyone shares the same equipment, so someone running behind her has to use the same equipment that she just leaked diarrhea all over.
Imagine one of the people in this pic with diarrhea running down their leg and getting all over the track and equipment.
There was an OT thread on this same story a few days ago and a few posters tried defending the shitter. "She trained for this event and there was $15k on the line"

Muscular endurance does not equal overall strength.
You don't have to lift anything heavy to develop the endurance to compete in Hyrox. It's why people are flocking to it in droves.

Yes you do.

They aren’t doing pro and they can’t run either. Taking two hours to do that shite isn’t “competing” just like someone taking 45 minutes to do a 5k isn’t.
There are tons of people who do Hyrox that can run and aren’t strong so it takes them 10 plus minutes to do each sled. Then there are some who can’t run, but can move the sleds in 2 to 3 minutes. They both suck because they either can’t run or aren’t strong. To be good, you have to be relatively both. It’s absolutely skewed towards run pace, VO2 max, and threshold endurance, but being weak is a non starter. If you are weak, you can’t compete. Full stop

Dumbass. Advanced by body weight, intermediate by absolute weight

You're pimping a workout of a guy with 175lb front squats, 205-225lb back squats and 225-275lb deadlifts?
Thanks for proving my point.

Not only does he lift free weights, at 165 pounds and an athlete in a running sport, his deadlift is at or more than the average lifter. So he’s stronger than most lifters and doesn’t focus on strength.
So I’ll say it again, DUMBASS
And he’s one of the lightest and weakest guys in the elite field
