He could buy a new fish camp on a much bigger lake
Great salmon and trout fishing on Lake Michigan for sure. Plus the northwoods of Wisconsin is just 4 hours away for trophy Muskie. Couple this with sex starved western suburban women….coach O come on up!

When he came to LSU he had a binder and a whole head full of thoughts on what went wrong at Ole Miss. Some believed him.
he used the same binder that he used to get the ole miss jobs.
read about his hiring at Ole Miss in "Meat Market"
then read about Alleva hiring him at LSU.
sounds like the exact same story.

Oh boy, they just fired Fitz but are now discussing hiring Eddie O to replace him??? Those kids will be doing more than just hazing

I wish him the best. Like him or not, he brought LSU a natty and that is no easy feat, especially in the SEC West!

And I'm interested in fricking Salma Hayek. Doesn't mean we're gonna get what we want there, Ed.

Thank you for the National Championship Coach.

With his payout he can either not work or work, wherever he wants.
Northwestern is a gorgeous campus. Toured in a couple years ago with a kid.

He thought they said "Northwestern State."
What kind of idiot would think they were talking about Northwestern state when they first read that?? Certainly not me ( ._.)

Embarrassing that we gave O a huge buyout
Not as embarrassing as giving Miles millions for 37 forfeitures.
I received more satisfaction from Orgeron's team than any in my memory. I started watching in about 1960.
He has a winning record vs Kirby Smart.

I would be shocked if Northwestern hires Coach O!

I’ll be honest, I thought you meant northwestern state, and I thought that made perfect sense with him going there and being a Louisiana boy. Northwestern in Chicago would be a disaster.

Unless they had a wicked sense of humor, Nobody in Evansville has given any thought to Ed Orgeron as a coach at any level of any sport.
The notion that Ed might get up in front of an alumni group would have to be a terrifying thought.

I wonder who NW will hire as a translator for the interview.

Yeah, they couldn’t care less about football at that school, and would look down on him because they are academics focused and rich as frick. They wouldn’t look very fondly at his coonass shenanigans.
