Just let the big time prospects go do drills against each other while the normal kids just play for the reasons they’ve always played.

Here’s the thing… that dude from Jesuit skipped off to IMG and now nobody even remembers his name unless they follow IMG. Hope he enjoys his money (that he would have got at Jesuit).

Not money from Jesuit... but you are fooling yoursefl and others if you don't think it is the most powerful diploma from a LA HS.

oh and being the number one player from LA is no guarantee of $$$$$ in NFL... I can name 3 that never played a down in the "the league"

I think it’s Newman… probably because their student body is richer than Jesuit’s. They’re able to spread out nationwide easier

Also something that’s very location dependent… like for white people in the NOLA area it’s very powerful (black people and St. Aug are like the illuminati), but every metro area has their own “most powerful diploma”. I can’t imagine any NOLA school being that influential in North or Central LA.

I’m assuming it’s the alumni base and will it probably get you the benefit of the doubt in some cases, sure but it’s not like it is some golden ticket for life.

Also Jesuit’s reach is not just metro Nola. There are prominent Jesuit schools across the nation so that definitely carries some advantages.

Does he really need to risk a knee blow up in some meaningless game.

Why even play football at all? At some point the competition and playing the game matters.

Pussy mentality.

So he goes to college and plays just "enough" to show scouts he can play in the NFL?
