This is the same guy that interviews potential future colleagues (Dez Bryant) by asking if his mother really is a whore.

We're obviously not dealing with a mental giant here and if that owner doesn't use this as a ready made excuse to completely clean house then he's a complete idiot as well

this

the lousy organization is rotten and has a dysfunctional GM and a weak head coach predictably resulting in a dysfunctional locker room with no leadership and no team cohesion evident on or off the field.

The N-word in the voicemails made it interesting for the media to make something out of basically nothing.

I'm not interested in the story one bit. What I'm interested in/infuriated by is what the media and society is doing with the story. It's scary as frick how the media jumps all over stuff like this and it's even scarier how absolutely retarded humans are and it shows during stories like this.

People that really give no fricks don't spend the time to type out a post in one of the threads. Just saying

Yeah, we've already covered this... I explained that I give a frick enough to complain about too many fricks given by the media (ESPN/NFLN) and thus the nation. I'm sick of hearing about dick in disguise on the way to work in the morning... That is all.

I honestly believe that it's a conspiracy theory and I am the last guy in the world to fall for conspiracy theories. Whole thing is way to weird.

I love the fact that it's a GM, a high ranking position on an NFL team that actually thought this was a good idea.

Obviously, you have never been in a management position over employees.

It's just that simple.

Jeff Ireland has managed to make both Dez Bryant and Richie Incognito look like somewhat sympathetic figures w/ his stupidity. Amazing.

The story seems to be evolving from being about "bullying" to managerial incompetence, w/ a complicated racial nuance angle.

At the end of the day, it'll probably come out that Incognito and Martin were spurned lovers

with all the new comments coming out today I believe Martin is just looking for a check. I am leading more toward he knew he wasnt cut out for the NFL and wants a check instead of working for it. I will agree the rickie used language that should never be used but i believe the media is spinning this story out of control

This story is all about the N-word on the voicemails. as I have said repeatedly, being labled a racist is far worse than raping, drugging and killing innocent people in the NFL.

Eric Davis and Shawn Merrimen were hamming it up on NFLN last night saying as much "man punching each other and toughening guys up in the locker room is going to happen and I'm ok with that, but this racial slurs on the voicemail is taking it waaaay to far"
