Does the MSB believe Robert Saleh would be a good hire for the Titans?

I’m kinda hoping we give him a shot. I like his passion and toughness which is sorely needed. As long as he could line up a good OC. I think they could do worse

Some coaches are just better suited to be Coordinators and he's probably one of them.

He has like 9 young kids. I don't think you can be an NFL head coach and balance that.

If you’re gonna hire a retread, let’s at least find one who can help with Ward.

They should hire Stefanski if he gets fired

Didn’t the titans have a passionate, tough coach a few seasons ago?

Didn’t he threaten to kill someone just this year?

Great DC but better suited for that role. Also Titans need offensive minded coach to work with Ward

Hes a great DC, but I don’t see him being a good Head Coach. He’d have to have a home run hire for OC. So I would say no.

He is hard coach to judge though. It seems like most coaches succeed in San Fran, and most fail with the NY Jets. Too many question marks imo for me to say he’d be a good hire as Head Coach.

He’s a coordinator and a dang good one. Honestly not much of his time as a HC gives me pause to think otherwise…. Yeah, the jets are gonna jets but something about him doesn’t click as a head guy.

That team is a mess. I doubt anyone can go in there and have success.

I’d wait to see if Cleveland fires Kevin Stefanski. If they do, I’d hire him.
If not, I’d probably look to a guy like Mike McCarthy who is a tough coach who can run a super simple offense for Ward. And I’d look for a DC like Gannon if he gets fired in Arizona. Maybe bring in Mike Daboll to work directly with Ward.

We’ve seen Robert Saleh fail with shitty franchises with crap QBs before.

The Jets were mediocre-bad, but respectable with a hard-nosed defense and dogshit QB play when he was their HC.

As soon as he was fired the entire organization became a complete greasefire and the worst team in the entire NFL, along with the Raiders.

If Saleh went to a good organization with a good QB situation, he'd be decent.

I guess this is the right word, but it's not like he's Art Shell

NYJ
4-13
7-10
7-10 (Rodgers injured)
2-3 (fired after close loss to 5-0 team)

For the worst franchise in the league, he did a great job and is way more deserving for a 2nd chance than most who have been fired

With Tennessee's roster as constructed, they're no more than a 5 win team regardless of who's coaching.
