Does anyone else hate these Chevy commercials as much as I do?

There's a plague on our society, and its these fricking Chevy commercials. Any time I watch a game, these piece of shite commercials come on and drive me fricking insane.
They really are commercials straight out of Idiocracy. "Oh a truck comes out of a shipping container", "Oh they're like 5 doors", "holy shite there's a rising platform", and "I like money".

My dad and I laugh at these.
Especially the “these are not actors” disclaimer.

Still better than sweet Caroline

Yeah, Real People Not Actors when they let out a live bear on said real people and then they're pumped up to see a Chevy truck they see going up and down the street every god damn day: LINK
I'm pretty confident that the people in marketing would be sitting in a cell for attempted murder after that one if it were actually "Real People, Not Actors".
I also love how they got a camera crew in those cages despite clearly not being there on wide shots.

Sick of this "real people not actors" bullshite. Like they don't sign a disclaimer before the commercial is shot and they don't know that they won't be in the commercial unless they act like they are shocked and thrilled.
It's like that bullshite PR thing they ran week 1 about Bill Belichick "surprising" his old high school. THE FRICKING NFL FILMS CAMERAS WERE ALREADY IN THE LOCKER ROOM TO CAPTURE THE REACTION WHEN HE WALKED IN. Like they had no fricking clue something big was up.

They just showed a clip from the fricking bear commercial, the worst commercial ever made. It's as if they're intentionally taunting me.

Yes, since their inception

You need to watch the parodies.
They are hilarious.

The focus group leader is a guy named Potsch Boyd. Is there a douchier name than Potsch?
Here is a story done a few months ago where a person in one of the commercials talked about it. Kinda long, but a decent read. Long story short, the people are picked off the streets in LA and offered a couple hundred bucks to do it, but aren't told ahead of time what they are there for. It's pretty creepy apparently.
And frick those dumb bitches on the commercial where the dude says they have to pick which friend is most dependable.

I like the commercials tbh. Just the cheesiness of them. And by “not actors” I assumed they’re regular people who have been paid to be there but aren’t professional actors in the screen guild.

The one I hate is i think GMC with that stupid "Me and you" song. I'd rather hear nails on a chalkboard

Based on the article I linked above, many of them are "wannabe actors" that get plucked off the streets in LA. That is why they are so eager-looking in the ads
