I doubt it, but the financial blow to the SEC would not be that big. Despite our success the last 25 years LSU is not up there with other schools in terms of national name and markets. Louisiana is not a large market and Louisiana is poor. The SEC could get other schools from larger states with name recognition like North Carolina, Miami, Florida State, and Virginia or Virginia Tech.

You’re an idiot. Somali level iq, even.

Texas rostered a player in a similar situation, while LSU didn’t even roster the players at the center of this

Yeah but Texas' player only practiced with an NFL team in minicamp. He didn't sign a contract that paid him a total of $190 in gas reimbursements for going to the training facility without ever participating in any practices

I think it’s posturing. There is way too much money involved for LSU to be expelled.

LSU needs the SEC way more than the SEC needs LSU. SEC could add a Florida school or UNC or Clemson in a millisecond, where the frick is LSU gonna go - the Big12? ACC?

LSU in Iowa in November would be cruel and unusual punishment.

The crying about "professional athletes" when SEC players are making millions of dollars to play college football makes this fall on deaf ears. So much intellectual dishonesty with this.

LSU is on the verge of being the premier Football and Baseball school in the country. Wade hasn’t even had the chance to get started with basketball.

If Kiffin wins a NC then LSU will have NCs with 4 of their last 5 coaches in the last 25 years.

In my opinion those two players are not worth it. There's no shame is doing what is better for LSU in the long run. Give the kids academic scholarships and call it a day.

The two players not on the roster?

You’d be BIG MAD when the B1G knocks LSU’s door down to add them to y’all’s conference.

LSU won't play another game after this season if this happens, and they shouldn't. Every player on the team then can tie up the SEC and the NCAA lawyers for the next 2-3 years while LSU gets courted by every conference and TV network.

dellenger typed that tweet out with sankey's hand up his arse.....that's some serious fear mongering there

Not only that, but the expulsion obviously impacts a variety of other sports beyond football.

For instance, this month, LSU is scheduled to play several SEC soccer and volleyball matches.

no fricking shite getting kicked out of the conference would affect all sports we complete in dumb arse. But yeah geez I guess LSU hasn't thought of how this could affect volleyball
