What amazes me is that Stankey has nothing better to do than think about LSU all day every day. Flattering yet disturbing.

it’s also hilarious when there are 6 and 7 year players playing across the conference and in other conferences

Every time a conference does dumb shite like this it speeds up the process. I thinks it’s coming sooner than later. The schools that make the cut will make more money that way and that’s what it’s all about.
Even throw in the Michigan clock BS for another example.
If any other business at this scale was run like this everyone would have been fired a long time ago.

The players are NOT on the roster.
LSU has repeatedly stated they would comply.
There are players playing on similar injunctions all over college sports.
There are players on other rosters who have had more “nfl activity” than those on LSU’s roster.
The lawsuit last week was one of many brought by several hundred PLAYERS seeking a 5th year. No schools were named in any of them.
The DT has already stated he was also in contact with Ole Miss who wanted him to play o line.
Are they going to kick them out of the league for a smart arse comment?

A&M and Mizzou don't add any real value athletically.
You're not replacing LSU with a comparable athletic program unless you're taking one of the better programs away from the B1G, and they wouldn't leave.

I doubt it, but the financial blow to the SEC would not be that big. Despite our success the last 25 years LSU is not up there with other schools in terms of national name and markets. Louisiana is not a large market and Louisiana is poor. The SEC could get other schools from larger states with name recognition like North Carolina, Miami, Florida State, and Virginia or Virginia Tech.
Kicking LSU out is not like the Big Ten kicking out Penn State.
In my opinion those two players are not worth it. There's no shame is doing what is better for LSU in the long run. Give the kids academic scholarships and call it a day.
