I’m a diehard LSU Fan. Absolutely love being in Alex Box and Tiger Stadium. I will continue to enjoy the heck out of it, but I’m not as caught up in it as I was 10 years ago.
May certainly be the season of life I’m in, but curious what the overall tone of the board is.
Baseball been a nail bitter for LSU. Mizzou is in need to win 2 games to get into the SEC tournament. Football will be a minor league team soon. Just not the same for a team that has the core guys for 3 or 4 years. That is long gone.

Much Less.
User to buy the Athlon Sports magazines as soon as they hit the shelf in June. Could name every starter.
Now idgaf. Family, career, health and fitness more important

Used to get 'em all, now those mags seem like an antiquated complete waste of time.
Well maybe not Phil Steele, he was the gambler's tool...and when you bet to keep a sport interesting, its the last refuge of fandom.

I know stage of life and cost is a big factor in my decrease of fandom. My biggest realization came at the natty in 19 when it was a decision of two tickets to the natty or a month of daycare…cost to go to any of the revenue sports with a family has gotten crazy
