Damn! Thought I saw something earlier say it was supposed to be real windy during the day but calm by first pitch
25 mph aint no joke
Small ball would be huge advantage for LA. Even though they’ve got plenty of power, simply playing in the NL gives them way more experience with that

I think they have to prepare for it but I bet you're right that it will calm down.
Remember when ALDS Game 4 was DEFINITELY gonna have a rain delay?

Bregman was just on MLB tonight they asked him when he had envisioned himself facing Kershaw he said years ago. He said you always try and picture youself against the best, he then said he had also envisioned himself against another top lefty Sale ever since they said he would be traded for him

Poor dude that sucks for him

Yeah, I love Jake as a sentimental pick, but you can't put him on the roster with the amount of time it's been since he's had a live AB.

I'm surprised that Peacock wasn't better on the postseason. Dude was one of our better starters for a big chunk of the season, and then seemed to wilt in the spotlight. McCullers did a 180 from the trajectory he was on and Morton was a cool customer in both starts, with very different luck in each. Not how I would have seen it play out.

It's gotta be Keuchel, Verlander and McCullers. That's about as good a top 3 as we could hope for and then follow it up with a solid 4 in Morton paired up with Peacock or McHugh if Morton gives you 4 or 5.

According to the latest forecast, winds are supposed to be 5 mph at first pitch at 5pm Pacific time. Apparently the winds are rough early on the day, them calm down by late afternoon

At least Jake knows it’s 100% because of an injury otherwise he’d be on it and likely playing a solid amount with Reddick being so shitty
I feel more for the guys like Fiers and Sipp who are basically being told they just aren’t good enough

Well the good news is Beltran won't see a bat in the games @ LA until our pitcher gets PH for. Even then, I'd rather send Gattis up every time.

Yeah, his team isn't the American League Champs or anything. What's a World Series?
The team could win back to back titles and you and a couple more will never give the guy credit for what he's done.
