They badly need Whitley to have his shite together this year so he ready in May/June for the call.

When healthy, Jabroni was one of the most productive pitchers in baseball for multi year stretch yet not one team has signed him. Not even the Astros who are in need of back end rotation depth. Red flag. I don't think hes healthy.
