Sweet, getting a big league pitcher in return too.
Looked like he was a swing man for them last year, started 7 games and appeared in 21 other as a reliever. Sweeper/4-seam guy. Looks like he might be a JAG but a big league arm nonetheless

Big upgrade as a 6th starter/long reliever vs whatever fodder we have left in Sugar Land. He was a back end top 100 prospect a couple years ago. I am guessing that’s the deal and a perfectly acceptable return for Tucker

His stuff is nasty, he's looked like a future star at times and other times looks lost out there. He had a big issue with the long ball last year. Maybe the Astros can unlock something, if so he could be a fine addition. It's been a roller coaster ride with him for the Cubs.

I will not miss Tucker's body language or playoff disappearances. However, if Crane does not go all in for Bregman, I will begin to lose interest in attending games. Not saying Bregman is worth what he'll get but you let Correa and Springer walk and obviously have no interest in extending Tucker. Plus Yordan might be the best contract in the MLB now.
With all the playoff revenue brought in during this run, it's time to pay the fans back and bring back a fan favorite and let him retire in Houston.
