My point is two-fold: (1) trading Framber was never going to happen and (2) I think you overestimate what the market would have been willing to pay. The Astros had very little in the way of (healthy) proven pitching talent at the beginning of the year.
They were never dealing him unless there was a complete collapse out of the playoff race. Your “I told you so” is based off an unrealistic hypothetical.

The Astros have tried to dump Frambaw before but nobody would bite with much of anything

Is anyone else seeing the game blacked out in Baton Rouge

Didn’t Detroit lose like 12 of 13 at one point this season? Maybe there’s hope we pull ourselves out of this funk. I think we need someone to do something to inspire the team. Maybe Yed can be that guy

Watching the Hooks and after 2 batters they already have a home run, but not Yordan... he was patient and was walked. This is good because nobody with the Astros is patient at the plate right now.
I think if hes playing tomorrow, I might take a little road trip down to watch the Hooks.

Was so close to complimenting this cocksuckers zone and he immediately misses a pitch that leads to a knock

He’s out. Hit his sliding mit.
Posted on 8/19/25 at 7:21 pm to PillPusher
Radio crew thought he was 100% safe. How’d it look?

Looked pretty safe... can't believe they confirmed it. Call stands wouldn't have shocked me.

The laces of the mitt hit his sliding mitt. But Blummer was saying the lace of the glove doesn’t count.
Whatever was called on the field was going to stand
