This guy makes zero difference in the outcome of this season for HOU. Is a rental and cost you 6 years of control of A promising SP. I don't get it.

Kikuchi epitomizes the thrower not a pitcher phrase from the tons of times we’ve seen him with Seattle in my opinion. Stone cold #4 starter who will frustrate. That’s a lot to gjve for a rental #4

It’s stupid. Bloss has a ways to go but this guy isn’t a number 3 starter on a playoff team. Being a rental makes it even worse.

Unless they were taking Abreu’s salary, it still doesn’t make sense. A bad pitcher trending down who is just a rental. Not good.

If there is any truth to that Loperfido rumor, we’re truly screwed. I like him but there is absolutely nothing about him that screams untouchable and casts serious doubt about Dana Brown’s abilities. We know who evaluates the guys we’re trading for, but the young guys are supposed to be his department.
