Mid-late 2028 at the absolute earliest IMHO. Slashing .259/.352/.415 in High A
Has played mostly CF, so I guess there is a path for him to maybe break thru next year (if there is a season) with the way the org has pushed Spence and Cole, albeit with pretty poor results for those two but he has a lot of work to do before even entertaining that thought.

Frey is striking out in almost 1/3 of his plate appearances in high A ball.. he'd get eaten alive by MLB pitching.
