Yes, he is obviously playing a clubhouse guy role, yet he has to do it on the field, b/c Hinch obviously values Marisnick's feelings as they relate to team morale over what kindergarten analytics says

Love it!

I agree that Yuli’s power has definitely gone down after his injury and we need someone to step up in that regard, but he is absolutely still an asset to have in the lineup

Minor was such a legit reliever. Sucks he’s on a three year deal or I would be all for getting him and Liriano’ing him

It’s dumb that they got him to start after being a great reliever.

Velocity is down and he’s getting ripped every time out

ETA: 9 million/year for an ERA of 6

Mortons command is crap so far. Can't spot his fastball. That's been the problem the last 2 starts.

How dominant has Justin Verlander been? Last night was the first time he allowed a hit with multiple runners on base

Verlander has not allowed the bases loaded this season.

Seems unbelievable

12 balls, 6 strikes, 2 walks and a hit by pitch for Morton. Lord.

It’s almost comical how unemotional Salty is. He’s the Rueben Randle of MLB.

Its only been an inning an a half but the Rangers homerism is already getting to me. Im not even mad at CJ and the gang of douchenozzles. Im mad at Fox for putting them in this position.

Just imagine if his fly balls were going another 5 ft or so he has had so many fly balls caught at the warning track
