Reddick is actually hitting like 100 points better than Jake against LHP. .160s to .260s. Reddick has sucked against RHP up to this point, barely above .200.
I can't understand this stupid platoon system AJ is doing with Jake. "Oh were facing a lefty? Jake matches up better."
Jake doesn't matchup well vs anyone! You don't do an automatic platoon when Jake is the other half of it. Jake is fine to have around on the bench. He's a defensive wiz, you can pinch run him and he can get a spot start here and there. This shite with him starting 4 games a week is grating though..

This will be our 66th game and Jake will have started 30 of them. But leave out a 4 game stretch where he was in Fresno and AJ has started Jake in 30 of 62 possible games. 48%. 
no way Jake should be starting 48% of the time.
ETA: digging further, this will be our 25th game against a LH starter and Jake will start his 18. He was in Fresno for one of those LH games so he'll have started 18/24 (75%) possible games against LHP
