Well the Lee addition makes me think Vazquez is DHing. But yeah this blows for Yuli. What a memorable October for him

I hope Yuli sticks with the organization as a coach.

Not so sure about that

He can have Diaz’ spot next year if he doesn’t require surgery

It’s a damn shame that Hensley and Chas both pulled pitches onto the ground to cause this

Valdez had better be spectacular tonight. Sucks for Yuli and it leaves a big hole to fill.

Hate it for Yuli. Pumped Vasquez is DH’ing. Guess Mancini at 1B

I'm really praying that big time grab Mancini from the end of last game carries over to this one.

A 39 year old Yuli doesn't have any positional flexibility especially if its a significant knee injury. Diaz has played 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, LF and RF this year.

I get what ur saying, but flexible is a funny word to use when referring to The Human Bandage

I still say Yuli w/o a significant knee injury that requires surgery has redeemed himself enough with his superior defense and contact rate finishing this season to occupy a bench spot next year

Banning the shift will make him even more compromised defensively. I couldn’t even see him playing 2nd.

Dude fricking came alive this postseason. Think he knew it was his last ride and sure made it count. Kinda appropriate if his last play in MLB was him hustling his arse off.

All time great Astro. TYFYS Yuli.

So much humility from this guy. Saw a clip from an interview the other night asking him about the play, and he was just apologizing for his offense since the trade.

It feels like Mancini’s destined to make a big play tonight. I hope it’s at the plate.
