I think we are due for another 6 run first two innings. The umps have been squeezing the zone and Boston hasn't chased anything at all. Grienke was saying at the end of the year that the reason he is getting bashed for so many dingers is because he can't get calls just off the plate anymore and no one is swinging at his junk...recipe for disaster

We are only down 2-1. Teams overcome that all the time. In fact, so often, that I had trouble finding any stats on it. I'll take that as a good sign.

Not impossible with a good team. 2-1 is no big deal. But our pitching is in tatters and the Sox offense is red hot. Bad combo for us right now.

Maldy just can't be in the lineup tonight. His defense and game calling doesn't make up for his non existent offense. We need all the runs we can get. Castro gives you a better chance at runs.

I mean you've gotta tailor your offense to score runs tonight. You can't bet on pitching. So put Castro in the lineup, move Brantley down and Tucker up. But hes not going to do that is he?
