Thing that makes me sick is I probably have watched more Astros games just this year than most Red Sox "fans" have in their life.
The thing is I watch that many damn stros games year in and year out. The only time in my life I haven't was when we couldn't get Root in the Baton Rouge area, but I listened to just about every damn game. It's frustrating listening to these idiots.
Can I have the thread today? I feel like I have the juju to get it done.

2) The security guard blocking view of the camera fired
3) The width of the wall and yellow padding alone tells me
that camera view would have never shown a fan "plainly"
(wording in the rule) interfering with anything beyond
an imaginary line upward from the field side of the
yellow line.
4) MLB is chicken shite not making a ruling on a replay by
letting a call stand from an umpire 150 ft away

This is my problem with it. You obviously have a better idea of what happened than the ump. Say so. If you think it was interference ok I’ll disagree but understand. To cower behind joe west’s call is pathetic.

the problem with the MLB review (like the NFL review) is that its not set up to get the call correct. Its just set up to either confirm or overturn the call on the field.
To improve the system the video reviewer should not be told the call on the field. In 99% of the instances he has the better view of the play. He needs to make the call. There will be a situation where the camera doesn't give him a view. In that instance he can defer to the call on the field. last night was not that instance.
