Well, I am paying for it.
My reasoning is that I’m giving Montreal credit for beating two pretty good teams in consecutive games. Yes, their record is horrible, but they haven’t been horrible. Let’s see how it plays out.

Yea was going to take Iowa earlier, then got tied up at work couldn’t look at it and then saw the chatter here and went back and they reworded the whole thing.

My Caesars app only says you get the bonus if you win as well.
However, if you read points 11 and 12 in the terms for the promo, the verbiage is again open to interpretation

So, nothing about if your team wins there. I'm leaning on trying it out (Iowa -6) regardless since they haven't screwed me....yet
ETA: well if someone can confirm it used to say "win or lose" in the app when it now only says win, then I'm gonna hold off

They also have Kansas, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, and Northwestern to all win for +110

I had all 4 for +100 and now they changed it to +110 on the promo. I guess it is what it is. These promos have been hitting though. Yesterday I had Ohio State, North Carolina, and UCLA winning for +100
