Ummmm, he did.
If bass hit as he kicked I wouldn’t call him a choker
Could the bills have done other things to win? Yes. Did the nfl kicker choke? Also yes
Both are 100% true

Buffalo's punter shite the bed all night, too. They could have easily signed Araiza, but they didn't.
You're Buffalo. You should have the best STs in the league due to your location, but they had one of the worst operations in recent memory last night.

Special teams was horrifically managed all year
Think about it, they lost a game because they brought 12 men on the field for a FG
That’s inexcusable for high school

They also were the most bet on team this weekend. That's why they lost. It was not the play on the field.

Just when I think TD.com could not possibly have any worse takes, something like this comes along.
Diggs drops a ball perfectly placed in his hands for a TD. Then dogs it on the next two short passes, stops running so he doesn’t get it.
Allen was done with his Hanesworth effort and decided to hit the wide open WR in the endzone instead. That’s not “missed” that’s ignored because you cannot trust the player.
Bills are a clown show at WR and still have the 2-seed. Allen makes that team. It take a true lack of football knowledge to think Allen is the problem.

Yep, and Mahomes did the same thing with KT and Moore this year (and MVS for a while, too).
The difference is that the Chief's problems with receiving were notable from the beginning of the season, and things got worse before they got better as the coach, OC and Mahomes figured out who was going to fish and who was going to cut bait.
As a Chiefs fan, it was stroke-inducing to watch even Kelce have the dropsies this year. But, guess what, they started figuring it out with the Miami game and it got better during the Bills game.
Serious work needs to be done whenever their season ends, but I trust that they're going to make the right moves to get the team moving forward again.
After all, they're the ones that traded away the friggen Cheetah to Miami! If they're willing to do that, then I'm betting they'll figure out what went wrong and get it fixed this off-season.

I thought the craziest thing was that Allen has open WRs and kept making bad reads on the last series.
Posted on 1/22/24 at 12:07 pm to bayou85
Where was the bad read? One read was a wide open receiver in the end zone
The other one would have been throwing to a TE 4 yards short of the first down on 3rd and 9

he had crossers on early downs and went deep.

he had crossers on early downs and went deep.
The only times that happened was 2nd and 9 where he threw to a guy open in the end zone over throwing to a guy underneath that would have still been short of the 1st
He only threw two real deep balls all game. But that hit WRs right in the hands as well
One to diggs and one to Sheffield

But the smart thing to do is take the shorter completion so the clock keeps moving or force KC to use a TO. Because you know you still have 3rd down. Plus you're making the FG shorter.

Saying it’s smarter to take the 5 yard pass making it third down is better than the open touchdown pass is one of the dumbest statements ever
You 100% take the open guy in the end zone 1000/1000 times
The decision on who to throw to was 100% correct. The LT just failed

You are so exhausting in every thread you post in.

And let me just preempt any "you're not a real LSU fan" jabs for pulling against the Bengals, Burrow and Chase: I loved those guys at LSU, and have Joe's NCCG picture hanging on my "I Love LSU" wall in the study. But they're in the NFL now. And remember, for a long time KC was really good to LSU players, too.
Directly after Katrina there were a few folks from NOLA who relocated to KC, I think one is still running a Cajun restaurant in town.

When Josh Allen hits his back foot :
Option a
Guy open in the end zone
Option b
Guy open 5 yards short of the sticks
It’s exhausting for anyone to say option b is the right call
The “mistake” on the play is the LT greeting abused. It happens.

There are a couple of 'em here, with the biggest one being Jazz. Food is hit-or-miss, but the original place in Westport looks like a joint lifted off of Bourbon St. and dropped in KC.
There's also a place in Lawrence called "Terrebonne" that was started by a couple from NO. It has a good rep, but when I ordered an "authentic" muffuletta that was served cold - as in refrigerated - I was not impressed.
The best Cajun thing here, however, is the annual crawfish boil put on by "The Secret Order of the Crawdaddies" (you can find them on Facebook). Every year they fly a bunch of fresh crawfish up here and put on a real, no-kidding crawfish boil. One price to get in for all the crawfish you can eat and all the beer you can drink. And, best of all, it's authentic!
There's also been a couple of "cajun" food trucks, but the one time I got red beans and rice from one it tasted like they'd emptied the entire container of McCormick's Oregano in the pot.
I'm pretty content, though, cooking for myself. I inherited some cajun cooking bibles from my mom that I use religiously - River Road Recipes and La Bouche Creole. I also have a couple of books from Paul Prudhomme and the original Ralph and Kacoo's recipe book from the 70's.

Craziest thing about the Buffalo Bills is
They are named after Buffalo Bill Cody. Named after a man, sort of like the Cleveland Browns, but Buffalo Bill seems like he would be a woke target.

Loomis is a genius for going on the cheap and signing Groupe.

Why would they cut the fricking kicker? That's the least of their problems.
