Rushing a field or court should not be allowed.

How do you prevent it? Fines don’t prevent it what will?

College fans have been rushing the field/court for 50 years and only now, in the last 2 years have we had “incidents” where players on the floor can’t seem to get out of the way. Why is this?

Because they want to get rid of it. The players are million dollar assets out there and this puts them at risk

I love a good field or court storming. But it's pretty unacceptable for someone to get hurt, especially the opposing teams player.

Look for the NCAA to come down hard in the next coming daysm

That player shouldn’t have tried to trip the fan. That’s how he got “hurt”.

By doing what lol? You going to hire 100 extra people to form a barricade every game on the off chance of a top 10 upset?

Wake took a timeout with 1.4 seconds left up 4. Get your team off the court! Instead Filipowskis sauntering at the logo knowing what’s about to happen

I don't know what the solution is. I don't.

But do you see the speed of which of which the fans are running on the court? That's just asking for someone to get hurt. Someone could literally get trampled very easily during the excitement of everything.

Stop encouraging it.

Arrest anyone who does it.

Pull scholarships and send the kids home.

I know that sounds dumb as shite on an individual student level but it’s past time to end storming fields.

College athletics are over for any sport with potential to storm the field

The idea that it’s a lost cause to keep tens of thousands of people from storming an area is bonkers to me.

Then how come no one has “literally” been trampled very easily with all of the stormings lately.

Yes it is. Look at the overhead replay, not only did he push the dude he stuck his leg out to trip him and they knocked knees.

And he CRIED limping off the court lmao. He’s going to play next game as if nothing happened
