Colts' QB Carson Wentz is out indefinitely as he undergoes further testing on a foot injury that he suffered at the end of Thursday's practice, per @MikeWellsNFL and me.

Colts' second-year QB Jacob Eason took the starter reps at today's practice, with Sam Ellinger as his backup.

He's been done since before then.

He was on IR while his backup, Nick Foles, won the big game.

Well Chris Sims needs to go ahead and critique his top 20 QBs in the league. I think that dumb son of a b**** had him at like 16 or 17?

Yeah but he was right like 2 times before the draft about first round QBs so that means you’re not allowed to criticize him

If his career ends now, is he considered a bust based on where he was drafted?

I wouldn't call him a bust since he's had some good years.

I’d have to look back at his stats. I feel like he only had one good year. The year he got hurt and they won SB. Maybe that one year is good enough to eliminate a bust label.

Well, yea, that is what I mean. Foles winning the Super Bowl was the final straw that broke the camel's back. Once teams could see that Philly could win a Super Bowl without Wentz really showed that he looked good there because the team was good.

Sure he was hurt earlier in the season, but many QB come back from injury.
