re: College Gameday having highest ratings ever, up 41% in 18-24 demographic

I honestly have not watched a single minute of college GameDay this season. Not that I am boycotting it or anything but every time I turned it on last season it was always a 5 minute segment with someone’s family member getting killed, or some BS sob story with depressing music. It was just annoying as hell to me / I just don’t care to watch all of that garbage on a Football Saturday morning

Pat Mac has grown on me exponentially and he is good tv and knows it.

It would not be nearly as good without both Saban and Mac. Saban is popular among the 25-70 demographic, as evidenced by this board thinking the ratings are only Saban. We are old.

Saban was the best coach for two reasons. Attention to every detail and high school and college kids trust what he says. It's gospel to them.
