Spurs in 6

After tonight what makes you think this?

Spurs is a year away, to many turnovers 2 games in a row. They will learn but the Thunder experience will be the final factor.

If Thunder get this Herdenstien the rest of the way, they will cruise to victory

Also, pay attention to wemby on defense. He sprints to get to the middle of the lane just to be “around”.. that in itself wears him down even if he has nothing to do with the possession sometimes.

All the extra holding hartenstein also took a toll. Just touching will drain you, then a hold, then a pull? That’s just yanking energy from a big.

Great job by okc by making that happen. Again. Do it until they call it. Thing is, nba has the film now. They are going back to that guys home court, so a good chance he’ll get those calls.

Again.. to win in 6, you have to lose 2.

Went to okc and split. That was the first step.

They’ll only get better from here.

Game 1 was a better watch. Tonight had a lot of frickery and some flailing.. on both sides.

I just want to watch a good product.

This is just an outstanding series. Its going 7, they are breaking viewer records. Its crazy how much better these 2 teams are than 28 others.

As a BB fan I am enjoying it.

Everybody kinda assumed that Hart would get played off the court in this series

Instead he was under the basket putting Wemby in armbars

Holy shite that's some copium there. Game 1 was better only because your team won and now you are making excuses.

Both games have been great. This is a battle. Stop being such a homer

Yeah it's really easy to play well when you're allowed to commit uncalled fouls for 48 minutes, and your opponent isn't.

Spurs were right in it at Oklahoma with no Fox and Harper going out in this game. Fox will be back next game. Williams for the Thunder probably won't be. They will clean up the turnover issue with the next 2 games at home. To me Spurs are obviously the better team.

Easy adjustment for the spurs is to activate Fox and let him handle most of the ball-handling to attempt to cut the turnovers in half.

If Fox can't go, the Spurs might be cooked with Harper out. The thunder will be able to create too many extra possessions.

I am not an NBA fan. Haven't watched an NBA game in years. Visiting my mother and she is watching, so I am. Game 1 of both series were fun.

Tonight wasn't for me, the Hart stuff was over the top and way beyond letting them play. Arm bars and hair-pulling is pretty bush league. Don't blame him, the refs should have set some boundaries early.

I like physical basketball, but this was too much.

Obviously glad we won but unfortunately I don’t see us beating them three more times. Several of our bench guys who played great during the regular season are playoff droppers. Offensively we look so out of sorts compared to the first two series.

JDub hurting his hammy for the fourth time this year is the kicker. Needed him big time. I just don’t see it against this Spurs team with Vickie getting whatever he wants on both ends.

They had 50 in Game 1. Not a huge difference.

Jdub has been out most of the season we’ll be fine. Our bench got so much playing time in reg season and its paying off. Have some faith. Get 1 of 2 in SA and pressure is on SA.

The bench will be huge in this series. OKC bench tonight:

Caruso 17
McCain 13
Ajay 10
Wallace 12
JWill 6

We have a deep bench and with JDub hurt a lot this season they have experience. Caruso has playoff experience too and always shows up in them.

Its going to be a chess match. Our bench can score a lot when Wemby sits. Also helps for foul trouble as we have so many options.

Its a 7 game series imo. And its great basketball. Win or lose I really enjoy it
