What?

So Georgia, coming off a potential loss to Alabama the night before, is in your final 4 regardless?

Which metric moves the needle for you?

- Head to head?
- Conference champion?
- Strength of schedule?

What logic do you have to support this ridiculous statement?

you know what will give you a nice bump? winning the SEC and beating the #1 team.

if anything they’re angling to get 2 Big 10 teams in if FSU loses

If chalk holds except Bama winning, there’s no way you can add non-conference champion UGA over potential undefeated conference champion Michigan, FSU and Washington or 1-loss conference champion Oregon, Texas, or Bama. That just doesn’t make logical sense.

Only if FSU, Oregon, and Texas all lose. And they'd still have to worry about staying ahead of Ohio St.

No they aren't dude. Both Texas and Bama would jump Ohio St if they win. Georgia might also still fall above OSU in that scenario.

Dafuq? I could swear I saw a list that had Texas at #4 in SOS this year.

Could be. That's from ESPN, who desperately wants Texas to finally be back.

Bama has no shot at the Pac12 spot, so that's out...despite people saying Oregon should be worried. Oregon/Washington - they're in.

If FSU wins, in.

Michigan is in unless a meteor hits earth and Iowa scores a TD because of it.

Texas win, in.

Its been patently clear for awhile that Bama needs (at the very least) FSU or Texas to lose.

I said awhile ago on here, strange or foreign to SEC honks as it might be...Bama doesn't control its own destiny.

Because the Committee has been saying that all year. If they flip-flop because of ESPN pressure, well...are we still watching a sport that passes the bettors test..or is it just reality TV?

I'm 100% sure that Michigan is out of the playoff if they lose to Iowa...which will only happen if the Pittsburgh Steelers show up in their road whites and play the game.

Bama needs Washington, OSU, and Louisville to win Saturday. An OSU and Louisville at minimum. Georgia and Michigan are in regardless if they lose, the Winner of Washington/Oregon are in, loser is out.
The PAC-12 title game winner is in. No other conference has a spot locked up for certain.

If Bama wins, they’ll be ranked ahead of UGA but would need Michigan, FSU or Texas to lose.

FSU, Michigan and Texas are all in with a win

Michigan or UGA could sneak in with a loss if both FSU and Texas lose

Well Bama has itself to blame with that performance against a pretty crappy AU team last week.

Not sure there is enough chaos that can happen on 1 weekend.

Why is everyone so mean to Alabama? Upstart programs like theirs just can’t catch a break these days.

All Bama needs is to beat Georgia, and FSU or Texas to lose. A 12-1 SEC champ will go ahead of an 11-1 Ohio State. Washington-Oregon winner will go.
No chaos needed.
