That D is not a typical Tech defense. They hit people and they drop. I've not seen that since the Spike era. But the O-line play is awful. Just our luck. We get a D then the offense goes to crap. Why cant we have both.

This defense is real, definiteNFL players on that defensive line and Rodriguez is fantastic. The DBs seem a little slow but they may just run easy and not overextend themselves. Making good coverage, just some lucky throws
They keep trying to hold onto the identity of stretching the field on offense, Morton making these long throws and it's led to turnovers. The running game and short passes have been working. Unfortunately every time the running game works, the offense line jumps or holds

These officials in the Utah/Tech game are a fricking joke if they call this targeting
ETA: Yep, they called it. Defender is literally standing still and lowers to absorb the hit as the QB (who is now a runner) lowers his helmet into him also.
