Kid A steals kid Bs bag of candy. Kid B goes to more houses and gets more candy later. That’s why it’s most efficient to steal candy at the end of the route(season).

So what happens when two teams beat a common opponent?

Who gets the land?

ETA: Say Auburn for example. LSU beat them, but Florida beat them first. Who gets Auburn's land?

LSU. The system refreshes every week and past results become irrelevant to what territories are up for grabs, based on my understanding

If this were actual imperialism, I would tell LSU to not even fight Bama. Do they have anything other than their own territory?

Weak arse tribe.

That's what I read it as.

Assuming LSU and Florida never played or will play, just trying to figure out how that makes sense that LSU takes Auburn's land that already belongs to Florida, if they don't play each other.

ETA: or rather why Florida loses land to a team they didn't even play.

No it doesn't reset every week. Everybody keeps the land they have until they lose it. So Florida beats Miami (who started with Puerto Rico), then LSU beats Florida and now LSU owns Puerto Rico.

You only get the land the team you beat owns in the previous week. Florida got all of Auburn's land when they won. LSU only gets the land Auburn has acquired since the Florida loss.
