Given his play and that the Eagles are headed towards an NFC East championship and most likely a super bowl appearance let’s celebrate his greatness. Will be awhile until we see his like again, so enjoy.

they'll give it to Brady as long as he doesn't get hurt.

He is definitey the MVP half way through the season.

It still saddens me knowing Drew Brees doesnt have an MVP and a likely 2nd year player might get one. (No discredit to Wentz whatsoever... got him on my fantasy team ;)

The running game is the Saints offensive MVP this year. Not the best year to make that take

I think it's still Brady. Dude has basically put a crippled team on his back.

What's your argument for Brady over Alex Smith?

Smith has him beat in every category except for TDs, where they're tied. ETA: Nevermind. I see that Brady is blowing him away in yards. Should have suspected that since Brady has 60 more attempts.

Way too early to crown anyone. This time last year Derek Carr and Brady were the front runners.

Brady basically is the Patriots offense right now, and doing it with one healthy WR and TE.

Wentz has better td#s, that's it.

Brady has a better completion percentage, yards, ypa, less INTs, and rating.

This reminds me of the Carr love fest last year because of the tds.

I'm not a Brady supporter by any means, but he's carrying that team and offense. Wentz has a lot more help overall.

Anyone who has been watching the NFL this year will understand Wentz definitely deserves it. He's having an amazing year.

Brady’s the face of the NFL and brings incredible value to the league due to his universal appeal to people who aren’t football aficionados, as great and prolific as Alex Smith has been he’s just another quarterback in the league relative to the layperson’s perception people like Brady, Brees and Rodgers(RIP this season) are the QBs that generate the audiences for the NFL and crossover to pop culture which make their brands insurmountable.
