I would love it if we went back to it. Far superior way to figure it out

Post the bcs rankings compared to the playoffs

Once they institute a salary cap there will be parity

It’s not even about getting different teams then we’ve seen in the cfp.
The vibes/aura were just 100x better than it is now.

Oregon and UGA would have been playing in the BCS title game. No one else would have made it.

Nah. Oklahoma always got in and robbed us of great potential matchups in 2003 and 2004.

The Conference Title Games were played after December 1st….
Oregon-ND or Oregon-UGA would have been the Championship. Likely the latter.
We would have enjoyed the game and not thought any differently of it.

Seeing this, I'm glad it's getting decided on the field.

Tbh teams getting “screwed” added to what made cfb awesome, not subtracted from it.

You’re right. Clicked on the wrong tweet. Fixed

Personally, I love the playoffs. I always hated the BCS.

No LSU A&M, so pretty accurate

Nah, I'm good without the computers determining the best teams.

I don’t remember many people liking the bcs.

8 team playoff. 5 conference champs, 3 at-large. Seed the field based on the BCS rankings with home field in 1st round reserved for conference champs

I don't remember anyone liking the BCS. I vividly remember many on sports radio bitching about computers deciding who played for the title. And someone always crying about who was left out. I don't miss it at all.
