Just keep clinging to Jalen Hurts since your other two QB’s are meh.

I didn't watch Taylor's press conference, but this is what Rap tweeted:

At no point did he say that. He specifically said “it just happened 10 minutes ago so idk”. Maybe he got that side info lol

Video of injury...non contact

In that video he's already got a wrap on the calf he injured, so it looks like he had something amiss already and tweaked it on the scramble.

To my 2 downvoters-----Did you even watch the video? What I posted is clearly shown in the clip. On a positive note, he didn't look to be in serious pain as he was sitting there on the turf talking to a trainer and not writhing in pain like a serious injury.

Would be a very bengalish thing if that’s the case. They asked ZT about it and he spouted some gibberish

This might be a bad take by me, but I’m pretty sure ownership is not happy when their franchise QB gets carted off the field.

Normally would agree but it’s Cincinnati

I get every one want to bash them for being cheap but the owner would either not pay him or trade him. His suffering a serious injury would be more costly to the team so no they wouldn’t want him to be hurt so they don’t have to pay

Let's hope this is not the start of the Trevor Siemian era for the Bengals

Calf isn't a big deal. Knee or high ankle and RIP in peace, 2023 Bengals.

I have had a problem in my right calf for a few months. They’re not as cumbersome as say a high ankle sprain but it’s very easy to aggravate (like a hanmy)

Which is itself a misquotation of what Taylor actually said-- he never called it a strain. And of course, Taylor isn't a medical professional, nor could his precise description of anatomy really be held up as the iron clad defining statement of what exactly has occurred. The full extent of the injur will come out in time, for good or ill.
