Josh Allen is better at running. He also has a better running game and defense to lean on. Joe Burrow has always been the better QB. Josh Allen has literally won games where he has thrown for 125 yards or has had 4-5 turnovers. If Burrow has 1 Turnover, Cincy usually loses. If he has 2, they get blown out. Josh has a lot more margin for error to frick around and still win due to his superior roster. Also, Pre rookie year Burrow trained with year 3 Allen and that coincided with Allen's leap to being good. He was a disaster before he met Burrow and picked his brain a bit. Burrow helped Josh Allen learn how to be a better QB before Joe Burrow even took a snap in the NFL.
