Wade received a 2 year Show Cause penalty. With a show-cause letter....sanctions stay in effect against that coach for a specified period of time, and could also be transferred to any other NCAA-member school that hires the coach while the sanctions are still in effect.
His Show Cause penalty runs until June 21, 2025. That's why he just signed a 2 year extension at McNeese St.

Not sure he's going to be giving a "middle finger" to WVU. He's been attending the majority of their home games this season.
Plus, why would he give the "middle finger"?. He's the one that was driving drunk in "Dahntahn" Pittsburgh at 10:30am with a trash bag full of empty beer cans in the back of his SUV.
