Brian Kelly: Our QB play is unacceptable and our team doesn't play with passion

"We're not going to continue to go in this direction, we'll have to re-evaluate what we're doing, who we're doing it with, and how we're doing it, all of those things."
Kelly later elaborated that every position in the line-up will be evaluated, including starting quarterback.
And that promise that every position is up for grabs, illustrates just how dire the circumstances have become for Notre Dame. Kelly said even quarterback DeShone Kizer's play was unacceptable, and when asked if he'd consider taking the redshirt off sophomore qaurterback Brandon Wimbush and play him, Kelly said even that, is a possibility.
As disappointed as he was by the execution, Kelly offered an ever greater indictment of his team: A lack of passion.
"We had one guy in the entire football team that had emotion and fire. That is Dexter Williams. He's the only one," Kelly said in praise of the sophomore running back, who carried for 27 yards and a touchdown in five attempts.

What about the defense that's been playing like shite?

Kelly is a raging douche. From the film student death to now, he's been a massive piece of shite, and I never would have expected it from him.

You should read up on how he left his players in Cincinnati.
Posted on 9/25/16 at 2:15 pm to Bench McElroy
the offense is averaging 37 ppg

Kizer was 22 for 37 with 381 yards. He was not the problem.
Kelly def has some Houston nutt in him? Playing favorites and throwing people under the bus. But you never could say nutt didn't care about his players. Kelly could give 2 shits about anyone on the foster

Damn threw them under the bus

My favorite part was when he said coaching wasn't the problem.

Your quarterback threw for 380 yards yesterday, Brian.

Then promptly fired the defensive coordinator

We should never have to worry about losing to Duke when we score 35 points.

Kizer also ran for another 60 and a TD

Kelly is a poor man's Petrino. Pretty much just an all-around a-hole.
Posted on 9/25/16 at 2:28 pm to Bench McElroy
Kelly might as well say "I take absolutely no accountability for this loss" "

Duke really isn't bad. This isn't old Duke with zero talent. Maybe Notre Dame is massively overrated as always..

With the Irish's remaining schedule, Kelly could easily lose 7 games this yr. Course, USC is one of the remaining games & they suck, too.

I hope Notre Dame loses out for the sake of their fans. Then maybe they can rid themselves of this tool of a coach.
The problem isn't the players. They were all, for the most part, highly recruited players out if high school. The problem is the crappy coaching starting with the guy at the top
