Baseball Umpires are such arrogant pussies sometimes. No one goes to the game to watch them.
While Football and Basketball refs seem to want to diffuse arguments, baseball umpires instigate it.

So he was tossed from a game he wasn’t going to play in for complaining to an ump about a call from the previous day’s game.

It's crazy how umps can pretty much eject anyone for any reason and do so flippantly.
In other sports being ejected is a significant punishment and reserved exclusively for certain serious offenses.

Balk on a technicality. He was pitching from the windup on the previous batter with a runner to 3rd. Didn’t announce for the very next batter. Dumb rule. Dumb enforcement.
Key thing is it allows an umpire to inject himself into a tie ball game against two playoff bound teams. I’m sure he’s loving all the controversy and viral exposure.

Played for Matt LeCroy at one point and when his wife was in town, he’d get tossed as early as possible. He’d come up with ridiculous ways to do it
Watched him get tossed at the home plate meeting pre-game one time. Another time he yelled at the home plate umpire on the first pitch of the game. We were at home and it was a called strike
