The question will be what if they had Paul the last 2 games. Sucks for the rockets and nba fans to not be at full strength.

What if the Pels had Cousins? What if Cleveland had Love. What if the Celtics had Irving and Hayward? Houston ain’t the only team hurt.

The reality is that the Warriors are basically untouchable because Durant took a paycut to build this team. You have Thompson willing to do the same. Only teams even close to truly messing with the Warriors are a healthy Pels team with a 3 and D SF upgrade and healthy Celtics team.

I don't think it's a choke
overall, probably not, but you could argue the way the played the second half of each of the last two games was choking.

Considering the Rockets had a good lead, with the MVP on its roster, a talented and deep team, a COY candidate, and at home, yes this is a choke.

I mean the past week shows that's not true. Houston had them down 3-2. How much more can you mess with them than that?

That was a historically bad shooting performance. You are making it sound like they missed a few jumpers

I’m not ignoring anything and on/off data isn’t some exact measurement of who’s more valuable. I understand teams space further to Curry. They also seek him out on D. He’s also not near as versatile on D as KD. KD is bitch IMO but he can switch onto pretty much anybody and handle it. KD is bigger therefore he’s a tougher matchup. Just look at the playoff stats the last 2 postseasons. KD is the guy for this version of the Warriors. Curry is a top 5 player and could easily be 3 but the top 2 are LBJ and KD. Any other top 2 is biased.

With CP3? Absolutely not. They are not the top seed, but easily still in that 5-8 range

No way...CP3 could not carry that scoring burden...he wouldn’t have held up physically.
