An ambulance doesn’t wait on family to leave for hospital with a critical patient like this IMO. Seems very bad.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I know I'm just some random on the internet, but nobody should have to through any of that.

You don't do CPR on a person with a pulse.

CPR is more than chest compressions. They could have been giving rescue breaths if he wasn’t breathing, but had a pulse.

I remember that game. Tatum lit him up, which was probably the primary reason the targeting penalty was born. Note this is not me saying that was a dirty play by Tatum, just a hard hit as allowed by the rules of the day.

I watched this one, didn’t look like it was a hard collision but if you fall just right you can break your neck getting out of bed, so you never know.

Hope everything is ok with the young man.

No they don't. I don't think that has anything to do with the situation but I couldn't swear on a Bible and guarantee it doesn't have something to do with it. Stating it as a definitive fact is one thing but considering it as a possibility is another.

Why do you need a guarantee? We don't even know what exactly is going on, yet people are offering an explanation for no real benefit. Sometimes it is good to just shut up.

Yeah that's ridiculous. The NFL hasn't had it's priorities straight in years though, so this shouldn't be surprising.

I apologize as I know this doesn't really add much to the conversation... but this is a tweet from a MD who makes YouTube videos on injuries in sports

Look, this is obviously me hoping, but I think that's a good sign it isn’t already cancelled and he is likely ok and they are just waiting on that official word from the hospital as well to continue on

Hope you are right.

I don't think anyone would object to letting them flip for that and just cancel this game.

If he passes the Bills will want some time off I suspect

People saying guys will retire or not play any more are delusional.

How else do these guys earn generational wealth with limited academic backgrounds?
