Oh, yeah Ali should have quit after the Thrilla in Manilla.

Actually, he should have quit after the Rumble in the Jungle, but who can blame him for fighting after that?

Who was that white WR for the Saints who caught the ball on Sanders, than outran him for about 50 yards.

I think he's the one who beat someone's arse with a golf club.

If Gonzalez is the father of the modern day TE position, then Kellen Winslow is the grandfather. And you could argue that Jackie Smith and Mike Ditka are the great grandfathers. They both had 1000 yard seasons before Gonzalez was born. In a 14 game schedule.

And, BTW, I don't think Gonzalez is shite. He is clearly a top 5 all time TE, maybe higher.

They all each had only 1 season of over 1000 yards, and then maybe another season or two with good yards but that is it.
Tony G has multiple 1000 yards seasons and other seasons where he came close. Tony G was one of the first, if not the first TE, to constantly line up as a WR. Now, you see almost every NFL team throwing packages where TE's are standing up like WR.

The point isn't the answers that I listed -- I took about two seconds to write that post -- but that every position other than cornerback is arguable.

Btw, Deion Sanders is the best NFL player of all time.

Darrell Green and Mel Blount were better corners than Deion.

I actually think I'm holding my own here. Deion Sanders was a better corner than both Darrell Green and Mel Blount. If we're talking Alien Test and you take anybody other than Sanders as your first Corner selection then you don't care about the kids.

Rice MADE Montana GREAT.

Which explains why Montana won a Super Bowl in his 3rd season in the NFL, first as the Niners full-time starter, before Rice was even in the NFL, right?

ETA: Forgot that Montana already won 2 Super Bowls before Rice was drafted, including a 15-1 season right before Rice was drafted. Montana and Young made Rice, not the other way around.

Let me know when Butkus learns how to play any sort of coverage. Also, LT was a glorified DE.

How? Outside of 3 years with Tom Brady, Moss had scrubs at QB. Rice had two HOFers throwing him the ball.

Hell if I were allowed to Sandusky receivers, I'd be a pretty good corner too.
