He should.
His coach is a moron. I'd leave too

Only to keep getting paid. He had been find $2 million so far. Now the sixers can’t touch him.

The Sixers can send him in for evaluation then try to claim insurance for Simmons being unable to play.
You think an insurance company will just let Simmons claim mental health and let him collect tens of millions in salary?

If it's too difficult for him to play he can always retire same like Kyrie

Its gotta be stressful waking up and getting shite on on social media every single day for several years.
Like with a lot of aspects of modern society, I found the problem here.

Ben Simmons has been a head case..

I’m not going to sit and pretend it’s easy to be under the microscope of fame, particularly in this day and age. Since seeing clients in a therapeutic setting, it’s unnerving the pressure social media and the expectation of “perfection” for the public face puts on a person. And that’s just on people with a significantly lower profile than Simmons. So I have no doubt he’s dealing with the backlash of that and probably dealing with it poorly given the people he has surrounded himself with.
The problem is you have others in the league who have silently dealt with these issues and still were consummate professionals in the wake of that. And didn’t have the long held rep of being a massive, coddled bitch either. He was wishy wash as frick as far back as LSU. He’s largely only served himself and has continued to put people in his circle that does nothing but feed the ego. That’s not going to be healthy for anyone mentally, especially when the foundation starts to crumble.
Makes it hard to have much sympathy for him.

I have zero sympathy for for a guy making what he makes just to play a game…. Bottom line is the FACT that he is just not that good as an all around player and has had his arse kissed since he was in high school… he is about as tough as a roll of charming toilet paper.
