Pussy arse Sankey folded and agreed to a 9 game schedule for these shitheads!

Maybe if the SEC went to 7 games and scheduled 3 FCS teams they could get 10 schools in the playoff and reach the title game in the 12 team format.

3 straight national titles. I’ve been told for years that is all that matters.

With the expanded CFP, it’s smart scheduling. No need to play tough out of conference games anymore
Just wait until the next expansion gets rid of the SECCG

Must suck to watch such a shitty conference win 3 straight titles while you shill for a collection of squads that can’t even qualify for the game.

I mean, with 18 teams they couldn’t schedule 1 or 2 decent conference matchups?

Purdue and UCLA play a league game. So does USC and Rutgers.
USC is the only one of those teams that’s spent any amount of time ranked in the past 2 decades and Rutgers may be the worst P4 program in the country. Nothing about either of those matchups would have made for compelling matchups at any point in recent memory

Who do you expect them to play? A lot of these schools are coming off week 2 games with OOC power conf schools. 3 are doing so this weekend. That’s like 10-11 off the table.

How many SEC schools play power conf games in both weeks 2 and 3?

Kentucky: vs Bama, @ A&M

Bama: @ Kentucky, vs Florida State

Arkansas: @ Utah, vs UGA

Miss State: @ Minnesota, @ South Carolina

A&M: vs Arizona State, vs Kentucky

SEC managed to schedule 5 conference games plus have Bama-FSU in week 3, despite having 2 fewer teams than B1G. The only B1G team playing P4’s in week 2 and 3 is Rutgers (@ Boston College, vs USC)
