Codify-

Matt Olson is slugging .760 this year with runners on base! That's the highest in the big leagues since Barry Bonds in 2004!

Braves legend Nicky Lopez to continue his slaughtering of New York pitchers.

The sorry arse Yanks got us on the ropes.

Will the Braves respond?

Find out next time on As The First Inning Turns.

I’ll be here all night.

No one would’ve.

Like I said yesterday, whoever got Olson to cut the strikeouts in his approach midseason needs a massive raise. Can that same person fix our pitching now?

DOB has hinted a few times that Chipper is a big part of it.

It appeared to me the runner came off the bag before calling for time on the pick off

Nice play by Lopez to stay with the runner there.

It’s amazing how every single one of our starting pitchers is either trash or in a funk right now.

I guess we are owed that after everyone pitching out of their minds in the first half, but frick man this is getting worrisome that this is happening with the postseason right around the corner

Fries might still be working it off even though his first start back was a gem. Appears his control isn’t there today

The Fox crew said he worked on it in the off season and showed the difference in his approach from '22

Ozzie with a hamstring problem. I think they’ll check him out tomorrow if he’s not better.

Something definitely flipped from May (when he was on an historic strikeout pace) to June (when he began an historic slugging pace).
