Reading some quotes for Yankee players: I expect them to see a lot of pitches tonight, or at least attempt to. They feel like they’ve been too aggressive in some scenarios Hopefully JV is sharp and we get to Paxton early to make them press a bit

I just don't see how they manage to score 15 runs tonight off of JV and company.

Because they're going to have to score 15 tonight. Astros smell blood in the water and are ready to feast on the bloated carcass of the Steinbrenner's baby.

Yep. Yankees have to beat JV AND COLE to win a pennant plus another game. It ain’t happening. Astros will win pennant. Astros in 6 or 7 in WS. NATS have way better starters than Yankees. Plus timely hitting as of late as they massacred the red birds. They’ll win a couple id think.

Seems like a lot of us came through in the clutch last night calling shots and having the team deliver.

Gonna need that same intensity tonight.

If it's Danley behind the plate tonight, that might be a poor strategy. He's been one of the five best pitcher's umpires in baseball this season by the numbers.

Paxton only pitched 2.1 innings so the lineup hasn’t seen much of him. Big advantage for the Yankees.

Ross is a great baseball guy. Cubs will do well by hiring him.
